Stoffers Bouwbedrijf b.v. likes solidity in the construction of new builded houses. That’s why we also fell for the Swedish building approach by Willa Nordic.

Swedish like to build upmost with materials that richly is available in their country: Swedish pinewood. The have experience for centuries with the building of robuste houses. Houses that can last for hunderts of years.

‘Functional houses with a touch of romance’

Except romantics who swear at living in rustic wooden houses, Swedish are exigent consumers as well.
The wood skeletton construction concept has been improved time by time.
In the Willa Nordic-houses you will experience the result: an excellent going together of old insights and modern techniques.

You may choose for a classic Swedish formed house, but as well for a house with a modern, fixed exterior. Colors, windows etcetera, ...you decide it all yourself.

‘No Catalogue House...’

Although the house standard come with topswing-windows, marble window-sills and luxury panel doors, but you can apply different accents yourself..

A Willa Nordic-house is certainly not a catalogue- lhouse. You sit beside our architect and design together with him the house of your dreams.

Your wishes, family- composition and style form together the design starting point.

After the sketch phase, in which your dreams will crystalize, you will get a costs overview.

If you as commisioner agree with the proposal, then the final building drawing will be created on the computer and send to the Willa Nordic factory in Sweden.

‘Other Willa Nordic possibilities’

With the Willa Nordic- concept ingredients you can also construct factory halls, garages, sheds or offices, if desired with multiple floors.

According ‘your’ construction drawing the elements of the house will be constructed in the Swedish factory. This way of ‘under the roof’ constructing guarantees a high quality. In closed trucks the elements are transported to the Netherlands, where Stoffers Bouwbedrijf has prepared the foundation for your house.
