Maintenance

If the building or rebuilding of your house is completed, you can start enjoying your new or rebuild house. This however, does not mean that you do not have to care about your house. Good maintenance is the preservation of your house. Therefor it is advisable to thorough inspect your hous at least onces a year. You can do this yourself or together with Stoffers Bouwbedrijf.

Plan and think ahead

Maintenance is not only a matter of to do up, but also a matter of planning and thinking ahead. Springtime for instance is the best period to inspect the outside of your house.

It is always practical to reservate one to two percent of the value of your house as budget for maintenance.
